This modification of the HEO-24 is a high-capacity, two-tier electric oven equipped with a refractory stone surface on both floors. It is designed for large-volume production of products (bread, pizza, khachapuri) that give the best results when baked on a stone base.

The oven’s two independent chambers, 4 thermostats and a total capacity of 4 trays make it an ideal solution for large bakeries, restaurants and pizzerias. The device operates on three-phase 380V voltage.
