MODULAR BEU1064 is an Italian-made professional electromechanical convection oven designed for maximum efficiency, versatile use, and ideal results when preparing baked goods and other foods.

The oven features a powerful 11.5 kW motor, operates on a 380V three-phase network, and is equipped with a capacity of 10 trays (600×400 mm), which allows you to prepare a large amount of products at the same time with minimal time consumption.

Its thermostatic control and wide temperature range from 0°C to 300°C ensure precise baking for all types of baked goods. While the mechanical steam control function helps achieve a soft, airy texture for puff pastries and breads.

The interior of the oven chamber is made of AISI 430 stainless steel, with rounded corners and a mirror finish, which improves hygiene and cleaning comfort. The ventilation system with 3 powerful fans and 75 mm spaced tray shelves ensure even temperatures, perfect convection and uniform cooking.
