The INOXCLASS-10 convection oven is designed for facilities that need to bake large quantities of baked goods quickly, evenly and with maximum control on a daily basis. Its 10-tray capacity and energy-efficient features are ideal for meeting the demands of growing production.

The device features a thermostatic control system that provides precise heat regulation from 0 to 280°C. The oven’s mechanical steam system allows you to add moisture as needed – essential for perfectly cooked soft, flaky or filled pastries.

The stainless steel body is adapted to professional environments, allowing you to easily clean the device and maintain hygiene standards. The double-glazed door construction maintains the internal temperature and reduces heat loss during operation.

The device operates on a three-phase 380-volt power supply and provides the strength and stability needed for busy kitchens, bakeries, or combined enterprises thanks to its 15 kW power.
