A sealing machine is used for quick, airtight sealing of polyethylene and cellophane bags. Unlike a vacuum packing machine (which pumps the air out) and a cup sealer, this unit is designed for heat-sealing bags of various sizes. It is handy in bakeries, ready-to-cook food workshops and cafés for hygienically packing finished products, spices or dry ingredients.

  • Seal length: the size of the sealing bar (200 to 400 mm) determines how wide a bag you can work with. For small packs a 20 cm model is enough, while wider bags call for a 30 or 40 cm version.
  • Power: ratings from 0.21 to 0.6 kW depend on the seal length and ensure fast, reliable sealing of cellophane of various thicknesses.

All models run on a 220 V supply and, thanks to impulse heating, draw power only at the moment the handle is pressed down. Unlike large packaging machines, this sealer has a compact tabletop design that saves kitchen space and is easy to move around. When choosing a model, the main thing is to determine the maximum width of your packaging material.
