Pizza oven HEP-2D

Professional two-deck pizza oven GN HEP-2D

The GN HEP-2D is a professional, two-deck electric pizza oven designed for small-scale facilities where space saving is a priority. Its vertical, compact design places a separate baking surface in two chambers, allowing you to double production while saving workspace.

This appliance is ideal for quickly and evenly baking pizza and other baked goods, and can be placed on the counter.

Key Features:

• Double-deck capacity: The double section ensures that two pizzas (typically 20-25 cm in diameter) or other products can be baked simultaneously, which speeds up service.
• Stone surface for authentic baking: The oven is equipped with stone bases on each deck. This absorbs moisture and distributes heat evenly, ensuring a crispy bottom for the pizza.
• Compact design: Its small dimensions (49 x 38 x 33 cm) make it ideal for placing on the counter to add pizza baking functionality to any kitchen.
• Powerful heating: 2.6 kW of power ensures fast heating and efficient operation on a standard 220V power supply.
• Independent control: Thermostatic control allows precise temperature control for each deck, adding flexibility to the cooking process.
