Shawarma machine on gas KLG 252 – with lower motor, 5 burners

The KALITEGAZ KLG 252 shawarma machine is designed for high loads and is ideal for facilities where a large amount of shawarma is prepared daily. The device runs on natural gas, has 5 burners and a rotating lower motor, which ensures even and continuous frying of meat.

Gas consumption is 21.5 kW / 2.015 m³/h, which allows maintaining high temperatures even under intensive load conditions. The ability to adjust the burners separately gives the operator full control over the temperature zones and the meat frying process.

Thanks to the rotating bottom motor, the meat rotates smoothly, ensuring uniform frying of the layers and visual and taste perfection of the final product.

The body is made entirely of stainless steel, which, along with durability, makes it a hygienic and easy-to-clean device. With dimensions of 835x930x1220 mm and a weight of 65 kg, the device is suitable for both stationary and professional kitchens.
