Baking oven with stone surface HEO-12

This modification of the HEO-12 is a spacious, single-tier electric oven, specially equipped with a refractory stone baking surface. It is designed for cooking products that require high and even bottom combustion, such as traditional bread, khachapuri, lobiani and pizza.

The spacious oven chamber can accommodate two 60×40 cm trays, which doubles productivity. Despite the high power (6.6 kW), the model operates on standard 220V voltage, which increases its practicality.
