Gas chicken rotisserie

A gas chicken rotisserie is designed to roast large quantities of poultry at once, browning the birds evenly on rotating spits. Unlike other gas grills, it uses rotating spits that keep the meat juicy, and compared with an electric chicken rotisserie, gas models are more economical in continuous operation.

• Capacity: The unit holds 20 to 40 chickens at a time. A 20–25-bird version fully meets the needs of small cafés and fast-food outlets, while the 40-bird model is designed for supermarkets and grill bars.
• Power: A heat output of 18 kW to 37.6 kW generates high operating temperatures, ensuring even roasting and a crispy skin.
